Executive Chef and Owner of Your Culinary Experience, Inc., Chef Danielle Fragala, graduated with high honors from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts. Her 15 years of culinary experience began at renowned establishments in Westchester County, such as Orienta Beach Club in Mamaroneck, Peter Pratt's Inn in Yorktown and as a baker at Grandma's Restaurant in Cortlandt Manor and helped her move up the culinary ladder to get a better idea of what clients were looking for.

Now celebrating our 10 year anniversary… we have put together a network of professional chefs who specialize in specific types of cuisines and diets including allergy free (gluten free, dairy/casein free, soy free, corn free), all natural – clean cooking, kosher, and heart healthy dishes from regions all over the globe!
