Chef Danielle Fragala
Executive Chef and Owner of Your Culinary Experience, Inc., Chef Danielle Fragala, graduated with high honors from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts. Her 15 years of culinary experience began at renowned establishments in Westchester County, such as Orienta Beach Club in Mamaroneck, Peter Pratt's Inn in Yorktown and as a baker at Grandma's Restaurant in Cortlandt Manor and helped her move up the culinary ladder to get a better idea of what clients were looking for.
Chef Danielle created Your Culinary Experience, Inc. in 2004 to bring the private dining experience to your home. Chef Danielle specializes in cooking for clients with food allergies, special dietary needs and heart healthy cooking. She hopes to change up your classic dish to help suit your food allergy so that you can still love it and enjoy it!
