Executive Chef and Owner of Your Culinary Experience, Inc., Chef Danielle Fragala, graduated with high honors from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York with a Bachelor's Degree in Culinary Arts. Her 15 years of culinary experience began at renowned establishments in Westchester County, such as Orienta Beach Club in Mamaroneck, Peter Pratt's Inn in Yorktown and as a baker at Grandma's Restaurant in Cortlandt Manor and helped her move up the culinary ladder to get a better idea of what clients were looking for.

Your Culinary Experience, Inc. was created in 2004 to bring the private dining experience into your home. Now celebrating our 10 year anniversary… we have put together a network of professional chefs who specialize in specific types of cuisines and diets including allergy free (gluten free, dairy/casein free, soy free, corn free), all natural – clean cooking, kosher, and heart healthy dishes from regions all over the globe!

All of YCE's chefs are passionate about making their clients' lives more convenient and bringing freshly prepared meals to their family’s dinner table! Our personal chefs prepare weekly meals, teach cooking classes and cater dinner parties.
